Yes. Go to My Bookings from your dashboard, find the booking you want to cancel, and click 'Cancel Booking'. Cancellation policies may vary by service provider.

How do I track my vessel's trip?

Use the Trip Logger feature (accessible from your dashboard). Ensure you have granted location permissions to Yachty in your browser. Tap 'Start Trip', select your vessel, and the app will begin recording your GPS track.

How do I file a passage plan?

Open Passage Plans from the menu and choose the type of plan: short coastal, long coastal or a day-trip sign-out. Complete the form and submit it. Your marina can see the plan, and you can amend it or sign back in when you return.

How do I book a berth or a crane lift?

For a berth, open Explore Marinas, choose a marina and book from its profile (you'll see live dock availability), or use Dock Bookings in your menu. For a crane lift, open Crane Lifts, pick your marina, vessel and date, and submit the request. Your marina confirms it and you'll be notified.

Can I install Yachty on my phone?

Yes. On iPhone, open Yachty in Safari, tap Share, then 'Add to Home Screen'. On Android, open it in Chrome and choose 'Install app' (or 'Add to Home screen') from the menu. It then opens like a regular app.

Question 8

The screen is hard to read in bright sun. Can I change it?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Open the More menu on mobile (or your profile menu on desktop) and choose Daylight mode, a high-contrast light theme made for bright sun. The choice is saved on that device, and you can switch back to Dark at any time.

Which languages does Yachty support?

English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch and German. Use the Language button in the More menu on mobile, or in the sidebar on desktop. Menus and many screens are translated; some pages are still English only.

I'm a marina operator — how do I join Yachty?
